Depression is different than grieving and is falling of emotions. It changes the ability to feel, to think and even act. A person in depression becomes frustrated, aggressive and in wider terms extremist.. depression causes anxiety, lack of sleep, loss of appetite, slows down the mind and makes disable to do anything.

WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF DEPRESSION?

Depression is deprived with the feelings.. a heart throb or falling of dreams. Not able to peruse the dreams..  being underestimated.. getting lack of attention and love in few cases.

HOW IT CAN BE TREATED?

There are differnt ways to cope with it

  1. Meditation – reliefs stress from muscles .. many methods can be adopted.. e.g yoga, swimming, massage
  2. Psychotherapy – it refers to ‘talk therapy’ . The more you discuss with one you love, it heals.
  3. Medication – Medicines are given in cases if the upper two treatments does not works.
